By using our service, you're agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you don't wish to be bound by what you read below, you shouldn't register with Reeep.org. We may change these terms at any time. Your continued use of Reeep.org means that you accept any new or modified terms and conditions. So please check back here from time to time.
By registering, you certify that all information you provide in the registration is accurate. Reeep.org users may only maintain one active registration. In other words, it's one registration per person. By accepting this agreement, you certify that you personally have no other registration with Reeep.org.
As a registered user, you can change your password and any other information you have supplied at any time. For more information on that, you can click the "Your Account" button. Also, if you forget your password, you can request a new one from the sign-in page.
Our Content Is Copyrighted
All of the content on this site is the property of REEEP or our content providers. By "content" we mean any information, mode of expression, or other materials and services found on Reeep.org. This includes news, message boards, software, our writings, graphics, and any and all other features found on the site.
You may make one copy of our content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that any material copied remains intact and includes the following notice: "Copyright REEEP. All rights reserved." Any other copying, distribution, storing, or transmission of any kind, or any sort of commercial use of our content is prohibited without our prior written permission.
By becoming a registered member, you agree that Reeep.org has an unlimited license to republish anything you post on our site. We'll only republish your posts in context and we'll credit you (under your user name) as author. We won't republish your posts for advertising purposes without your permission.
Conduct
Reeep.org encourages active and open debate among our members and registered users. All we ask is that it's done in a lawful and civil manner - be it posting on our boards or using our system to email a response to someone who has posted a comment. Accordingly, you agree to use Reeep.org for lawful purposes only. You may not use or allow others to use your Reeep.org membership to:
- Post or transmit any content that is abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person;
- Post or transmit any material that you don't have the right to transmit under law (such as copyright, trade secret or securities) or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as nondisclosure agreements);

- Impersonate any person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation including chain letters and pyramid schemes;
- Intentionally violate any other applicable law or regulation while accessing and using our site;
- Post or transmit any file that contains viruses, corrupted files, "Trojan Horses," or any other contaminating or destructive features that may damage someone else's computer.
Reeep.org may at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, remove any posting or terminate your membership for violating the above provisions. You agree to indemnify Reeep.org and hold us harmless from any actions, claims, proceedings, or liabilities arising out of your violation of these terms and conditions. You're responsible for all statements made and acts that occur through the use of your user name (email address) and password. So please don't disclose your password to anybody. If it has been lost or stolen, let us know as soon as possible.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities
Reeep.org provides a broad range of information, services and commentary. We can't and don't warrant the completeness or accuracy of this content, or its usefulness for any particular purpose. And although we do our best, Reeep.org also makes no promises that our content or the service itself will be delivered to you uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Now what does all this mean?

If any provision in this Agreement is invalid, unenforceable, or nonsensical, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement is and always will be governed by the laws of Austria. You agree that the proper forum for any claim arising under this Agreement will be the Austrian Court.
