CARE has developed and patented a new energy generating system based on the current flow of river water. No dams are used, no land is flooded, the river bed is not blocked flowing normally. Units can be manufactred in sections on an assembly line transported and installed at the generating site. Units can be placed down stream the distance between each units depends on the water flow returning to normal after passing theough a unit.
