The main focus is the creation of a distribution network for Ethanol Gel, the gel stoves and other related products. The Ethanol Gel market is primarily the informal and rural settlements of Africa which traditionally use Paraffin. Bioethanol gel is a healthier, cheaper and safer alternative energy source than paraffin. The Stoves and water geysers that run off it are safe and practical as well. SATO's focus is to ensure the distribution network reaches the people who need it the most in the rural and informal settlements where transport is an issue. Thus focus is in setting up convenient distribution points. |
