Building energy engineering center (BEEC) of China Architecture Design & Research Group was established in 2006, which is the research organization of energy efficiency and environment protection directly under China Architecture Design & Research Group. China Architecture Design & Research Group is a large high-tech state owned enterprise, which belongs to State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. As the professional research organization responding with the national strategy of energy efficiency and pollution reduction, the main business of BEEC are policy and scientific research, design, engineering and finance consultant on the field of energy efficiency, pollution reduction, green building and low-carbon city. There are more than forty researchers, engineers and consultants, which specialty are covered with energy, water resource, building, economic and management. More than 58 percent members have the degree of master or doctor, more than 10 percent members have the experience of working or studying aboard and more than 16 percent members are professor with the abundant experiences. Through research and projects, BEEC provide excellent policy consulting services for National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China (NDRC), Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China (MOHURD), Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China (MOF), Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China (MOST), Government Offices Administration of the State Council, Government Offices Administration of the NPC Standing Committee, China Tobacco Administration and local governments. BEEC have established good cooperation with World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Agency of Finance Development (AFD), Energy Foundation (EF), Management Committee of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city, Management Committee of Caofeidian International Eco-city, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group, Vanke Enterprise and other famous enterprises and organizations. BEEC have accomplished more than twenty policy and scientific research projects committed by central and local government, more than fifteen green workshop consultations on Tobacco Factory and a large amount of consultations and design on renewable energy, building energy efficiency and low-carbon city. Now, he is the top ten most influential brands. |
