Mehran Research and Development Society (MRDS) is non governmental and non profitable organization have been working on different sectors of research, development, and advocacy from march 2006 with the collaboration of different national as well as international donor organization. Organization’s mission is To work for the development and rights of deprived and marginalized people through rights based advocacy and research based sustainable development. MRDS has yet intervened in six districts: (Umarkoat, Dadu, Sanghar, Jamshoro, Mirpurkhas and Hyderabad) of Sindh, Pakistan. Aspects on which MRDS has been working are: Research and Development, the organization has skilled staff of data collectors, consultants and data analysts to conduct all kind of researches and surveys, the organization has proved it by conducting two third party verification surveys by the collaboration of “ Sindh Education Foundation” baseline survey of IDPs camps in Hyderabad, a research on socio-economic conditions and several other short term surveys. In Development MRDS has worked through environment, health, education, livelihood and capacity building of youth. By working on these sectors, with the collaboration and guidance of different national as well as international NPOs and consultants the organization has got reputable skills and techniques. Each and every member of our organization is technical and has organizational understanding. MRDS has IT related technical staff, well developed H.R policies, free and fair environment for all kind of talents. |
