According to six sub-database established, namely policy information, energy conservation data, energy conservation management experience, energy conservation technology, energy conservation and environment, data analysis and so on; "National Energy Conservation Policies, Industrial Development Guidance Table of Contents". Edited the national related energy conservation policy, laws and regulations, the industrial development policy and so on since 2005; "Enterprise, Society Energy Conservation Management Experience Table of Contents". Collection of partial industrial and enterprise's energy conservation management experience since 2006. "China Energy Conservation Development Annual Report".
