Structure of the Partnership
REEEP is a legal entity registered in Austria with the status of an international NGO. REEEP’s ‘constitution’ is based on statutes and additional documents which were approved at the First Meeting of Partners which took place on 1 June 2004 in Bonn.
REEEP's Structure
REEEP, accordingly has a robust and transparent governance structure comprising three acting bodies: the Governing Board, the Programme Board and the Finance Committee. At the meeting in Bonn, a delivery structure was decided which includes Regional Secretariats and the International Secretariat. Below the organisational structure is shown including regional steering committees (implemented in 2005/6).
