IDAE promotes the use of new technologies relating to efficiency and substitution in industry, agriculture, services, housing, buildings and transport, manages and monitors the national energy saving and efficiency plans and promotes the rational and efficient use of energy, by companies and individuals. IDAE collaborates with the European Commission in managing energy programmes and aid Spanish companies to obtain funds to apply such programmes. It offers integrated energy efficiency services to sectors that need a catalyst in order to implement them. |
