The European Energy Service Award honours outstanding efforts and achievements for the development and success of energy services for energy efficiency in Europe.

EXTENDED DEADLINE TO 10th NOVEMBER 2008

The European Energy Service Initiative was developed and launched in 2005 to provide a promotional platform for energy services in Europe. Its principal aim is to increase awareness on the options and opportunities of energy services especially for energy efficiency, by showing its successes and to motivate others. The European Energy Service Award is part of this initiative and helps bring energy services into the centre of attention.

The award is offered in five categories:

  • Energy Service Provider
  • Energy Service Promoter
  • Energy Service Project in the Public Sector
  • Energy Service Project in the Commercial Sector
  • Energy Service Project in the Lighting Sector

Application Deadline is 10th November 2008

The award ceremony will take place in February 2009 in the frame in the frame of the “European Union Sustainable Energy Week” (EUSEW) in Brussels. An invitation will be sent out soon.
