REEEP project outputs more accessible
Vienna, 24.02.2011 - REEEP International Secretariat
One of the distinguishing characteristics of REEEP is that its projects are not just viewed in isolation, but are embedded into a larger system for disseminating their outcomes and resulting documents, and drawing conclusions about what has been learned from the experience.
The Partnership has recently made several changes to the project listings on the website. Each listing now also crosslinks to any news stories related to that project and also provides a direct link to the documents that the project has produced. As an example, this linked listing of the “Developing a framework for clean energy microfinance in the Pacific” project contains the recent news items, as well as the manual for microfinance institutions produced by the Foundation for Development Cooperation.
Furthermore, the REEEP toolkit function allows all project output documents to be searched by technology, region, language or type of project. Some 89 new project documents have recently been added, bringing the total of publically available output documents to 226.
