IEA Launches International CHP Report

At the Gleneagles meeting in Chiba, Japan the IEA released a report for the G8 titled "Combined Heat and Power: Evaluating the Benefits of Greater Global Investment." The report was officially released on Friday March 14th at the G20 side event sponsored by the CHP/DHC Promotion Consortium of Japan.
The report is the beginning of the outreach strategy that the IEA will use in 2008-09 to raise the profile of CHP/DHC among policy makers, industry and other stakeholders.
Its sister publication will be released in October 2008.
