The 6th annual Renewable Energy Finance Forum - Wall Street (REFF-Wall Street) will bring together industry visionaries, financiers and investors to debate key issues and conceptualize the future of renewable energy finance in the US.
The conference will focus on the latest policy developments across the major renewable energy sectors, the most likely sectors to attract finance in a credit constrained economy, carbon finance and policy. It will also review how the increasing involvement of big energy and agribusiness is likely to change the face of market with increasing consolidation, mergers and acquisitions, and a changing role for mainstream financers, VCs and private equity alike.
Amongst a host of other high-profile speakers, Matt Rodgers, Senior Advisor for Recovery Act Implementation at the U.S. Department of Energy, will deliver a keynote address. Mr Rodgers, who will play a key role in implementing the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, will open Day 2 of the conference, at 8.45am on June 24.
