The global carbon market is facing new challenges with carbon prices at a low level and the uncertainty of the outcome of the Copenhagen post Kyoto agreement. The inaugural Carbon Markets Middle East and North Africa (MENA) conference will look at the main challenges and opportunities the carbon market is facing in this region.
