This programme consists of a Global Seminar (May 20 & 21) on how Renewable Energy can help in Adaptation and Mitigation of Climate Change Impacts, preceded by the Annual General Meeting of the members of the INGCORE on the 19 May 2010.
The community’s role in making the impacts bearable and how people can act in reducing the impacts will be highlighted by experienced speakers, citing case studies and their own experience.
Who should attend
Renewable energy professionals, promoters of RE, manufacturers of RE products, energy service providers, NGOs active in environmental and energy conservation, students, policy makers and administrators from local governments to national governments and international bodies would find the initiation of a dialogue on climate change with a new format informative and interesting.
