In a discussion introduced by Dr. Marianne Osterkorn, REEEP's Director General and moderated by Henry Derwent, CEO of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA), a panel of leading investors, policy-makers and international organisations will examine the roles of effective policy and the environmental markets in mobilizing public and private capital flows to accelerate the innovation and diffusion of clean energy technologies. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
