Description:
EUSEW is Europe's key annual event for a more sustainable energy future, and will run from 11 to 15 April 2011, incorporating hundreds of events organised in all parts of Europe to show, promote, and discuss sustainable energy. This year, energy efficiency will be strongly celebrated as an integral element in sustainable energy.
The EUSEW will consist of two broad types of activities:
Energy Days
Be a part of it - organise an Energy Day in your city or region
Wherever you are in Europe between 11 and 15 April 2011 (weekends before and after accepted). Get more information and inspiration from the Energy Days 2011 flyer.
Events in Brussels
The European Institutions, associates of the Sustainable Energy Europe Campaign, and other important players in the field will organise a series of events in Brussels during the EUSEW.
These will include a 3-day policy conference organised by the European Commission from 12-14 April 2011, including the annual Awards Ceremony on 12 April.
It will also include a REEEP-oranised event in the Charlemagne Building on Wednesday, 13 April entitled Energy efficiency technology transfer through international cooperation: the opportunity for EU business.
