The aim of this event is to discuss market conditions, key policy initiatives, business opportunities and showcase financial and technical instruments supporting rural electrification projects in developing and emerging markets.

The ARE Energy Access Investment Summit will take place on day 1 (22 March). It will aim to deepen participants' understanding of policy and finance trends for existing and upcoming rural electrification business and engagement opportunities in developing and emerging markets.
Day 2 (23 March) will be devoted to B2B Off-grid Matchmaking. Participants will be offered the chance to meet potential business partners or financiers and to advance existing projects at different stages of maturity. The event will also feature innovative financing instruments presenting their approach and modalities to boost rural electrification projects and tear down remaining barriers.
