Bisera Bashevska is passionate about addressing global environmental issues, especially in the field of clean energy and energy efficiency, by acting locally.

Bisera is a Senior Analyst, Energy Access at REEEP, supporting the Monitoring and Evaluation and Programme teams in executing REEEP's Learn efforts. Bisera interned with REEEP in 2014, while finishing her masters studies in International Business at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. 

Bisera holds an undergraduate diploma in banking and financial management from the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. In her undergraduate thesis, she wrote about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices in Macedonia as a case study for developing country CSR strategies.
