Eszter joined REEEP in 2019 and manages the Nepal Blended Finance Project. Through her work in this project Eszter seeks to support and communicate REEEP's values of innovation, cooperation and commitment.

Before joining REEEP, Eszter worked at the Energy Institute for Business (Energieinstitut der Wirtschaft; EIW) on projects with a thematic focus on energy efficiency both nationally in Austria and internationally. She also has several years of experience working in logistics with a focus on strategic environmental issues.

Eszter holds Masters degrees in Environmental Management, and in Social and Economic Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
