Rickson joined REEEP in May 2023 as the Finance Officer. In his role, he provides support in managing the financial affairs for the organization, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resource allocation.

Previously, Rickson worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) under the Resource Management Unit. He was responsible for document preparation for audits, maintaining financial records and systems and payment request preparations. He has also held a variety of positions in international firms before joining REEEP.

Rickson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Economy and Business Management. He is native Filipino speaker and fluent in English and German.
